The management of EliteVolleyballPlayers.com is run by Ryan Jay Owens.  Ryan Jay Owens has negotiated numerous professional volleyball contracts; is a professional volleyball player; and former member of the U.S Men’s National Volleyball Team.

TEAMS: Managing a professional volleyball team or league can be a wonderful experience, but it can also be very stressful due to the difficulties in finding the right player and finding someone that is honest, responsive, and reasonable to deal with. EliteVolleyballPlayers.com minimizes all of the above by combining an extensive and exclusive network of professional international volleyball contacts and having a licensed attorney on staff that is bound by some of the highest ethical legal standards. For example, Teams can search EliteVolleyballPlayers.com for Players (by viewing profiles including viewing videos, pictures, and resumé/CV’s), make an offer on a particular athlete, or submit a general request for a certain type of Player that EliteVolleyballPlayers.com will use to search our exclusive network of global volleyball contacts and deliver to your Team; however, EliteVolleyballPlayers.com will keep your Team name anonymous to protect the integrity of your Team.

PLAYERS:  Playing professional volleyball can be a wonderful experience, but it can also be very stressful due to the difficulties in finding the right team, having a contract properly negotiated, and making sure a team pays you.  After all, this is now your profession and teams are run to make money; if you do not live up to your potential you can and most likely will be fired. Things can go wrong, we want to players to trust that we will be there for them doing whatever it takes to keep teams honest and help players get to their desired level or just maintain. We believe in absolute transparency with our players so they aren’t left guessing if we ar working for them.

EliteVolleyballPlayers.com handles player promotion and the fielding of all offers and contract negotiations.  Also, if needed EliteVolleyballPlayers.com will in some cases work with other volleyball agents with permission of the player involved. We do require that Players wishing to be part of EliteVolleyballPlayers.com sign a representation agreement with Elite Volleyball Players, LLC that once signed by a player, will allow that player to have a profile added to EliteVolleyballPlayers.com.  In addition, EliteVolleyballPlayers.com handles all other matters arising before, during, and after a Player signs with a Team.
